Virtual video interpreting is just as easy. All you need is stable internet access and a suitable end device. The conversation is conducted via video using LingaTel’s tried-and-tested video platform. The big advantage here is that the interpreter can incorporate gestures and facial expressions into the translation as well as speech. This improves the quality of the interpretation. In addition, trust is established more easily, which is why this method is particularly suitable for difficult conversations.
Telephone interpreting takes place via the mobile phone network and is therefore also possible without internet access. For example, if you need interpreters for a consultation with patients or customers, simply dial them on your phone. Use the loudspeaker on your phone if the other person is in the same place as you. If you are in different locations, use the three-way conference.
