A person with insufficient knowledge of the German language calls the call center of a medical advice center to obtain information about treatment. In order to help the caller quickly and competently, an interpreter must mediate between the caller and the call center. Lingatel offers the three-party conference function for this purpose. In this case, a telephone interpreter is added to the call via a three-way conference. In this way, the language barrier can be reduced when contact is first made at the call center.
